Apple vs Samsung: The next battle in their patent wars

This week has seen the start of another patent lawsuit between Apple and Samsung.

The Samsung phones include the Captivate, Continuum, Droid Charge, Epic 4g, Exhibit 4g, Fascinate, Galaxy Ace, Galaxy Prevail, Galaxy S (i9000), Galaxy S II, Galaxy s 4g, Gem, Gravity, Indulge, Infuse 4g, Intercept, Mesmerize, Nexus S 4g, Replenish, Transform and Vibrant.

The Apple products which Samsung seem concerned about include: The iPod touch, iPad 2, the iPhone 3G, iPhone 3GS and iPhone 4.
